New Case File – Terri Arnold (GA)

by Case Auditor | Oct 1, 2026 | New Case Announcement

Terri Arnold’s Cherokee County case began with a September 2025 family-violence allegation that she denied, followed by an arrest warrant and her October 4, 2025 arrest. The record that followed includes conflicting witness accounts, body-camera evidence, medical evidence, discovery disputes, and questions about what information was presented when probable cause was established. Arnold demanded a jury trial, but in April 2026 the case was placed on the dead docket over her objection. The court docket confirms the April 13 dead-docket order, bond proceedings, and her objection and cross-motion for stay.

The case later expanded into disputes over potentially exculpatory evidence, continuing no-contact restrictions, the handling of the dead-docket process, and whether Arnold was given a meaningful path to trial or appellate review. A later Omnibus Order confirmed that the April 13 order included a six-month no-contact provision under which the case was to be dismissed if Arnold complied. Public Case Review examines the available court filings, police records, body-camera evidence, 911/CAD records, medical materials, and related agency filings to separate documented facts from disputed allegations and identify the questions that remain unresolved.
