Public Case Review Terms of Service (July 6, 2026)

Welcome to PublicCaseReview.com. By using this website, submitting an intake form, or purchasing a report, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before sending any materials.

PublicCaseReview.com offers public-interest case analysis, report drafting, source organization, and civic-awareness materials. Our work is intended to help clients understand complex case records and public materials in a clear, structured way.

Services Provided:
PublicCaseReview.com offers informational case-review services that may include case summaries, timelines, issue spotting, source mapping, civic-action suggestions, visual summaries, and public-awareness materials. The exact deliverables depend on the package purchased and the scope confirmed during intake.  We reserve the right to decline a project, revise scope, or refer a matter elsewhere if the request falls outside our service model or raises concerns about legality, safety, misuse, or incomplete source support. This is important because the work must stay within the bounds of public-records analysis and cannot drift into prohibited investigation or harmful activity.

No legal advice:
PublicCaseReview.com is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal strategy, or any guarantee about case outcomes. Nothing on this website, in our intake forms, or in any report should be interpreted as legal advice.  If you need legal advice, you should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Our reports are designed to help you understand and organize information, not to replace counsel or court proceedings

No private investigation:
We do not provide private investigation services, surveillance, skip tracing, hidden-data gathering, or any unlawful collection of personal information. We work only from materials you lawfully provide and from publicly available records.  You agree not to ask us to obtain private, confidential, or unlawfully accessed material. You also agree not to use our services to harass, intimidate, threaten, or doxx any person.

Client responsibility:
You are responsible for providing the materials you want reviewed. You represent that you have the legal right to share the documents, messages, photos, recordings, or other files you submit. You agree not to upload material you do not lawfully possess or have permission to share. If you submit materials that are incomplete, altered, misleading, or out of context, the resulting report may be affected accordingly.

Report Scoping :
Each order is limited to the package selected and the source material received before work begins. Additional files, transcripts, hearings, or records added later may require a revised quote, a new scope agreement, or an updated fee.  We do our best to identify gaps, contradictions, and missing records, but we cannot guarantee that every possible source has been obtained or that every disputed fact can be resolved. The sample report shows that some issues remain questions or advocacy points rather than final conclusions, and our reports are intended to reflect that reality.

Editorial and Advocacy nature:
Our reports may be advocacy-oriented, public-interest oriented, or designed for civic awareness depending on the package and client objective. They may include allegations, disputed facts, competing narratives, and public-facing recommendations, all clearly framed as such where possible.  We do not claim to produce official findings, judicial opinions, or independent audits. Final factual and legal determinations belong to courts, agencies, and other authorized decision-makers.

Accuracy and Limitations:
We work carefully and aim for accuracy, but we cannot promise that every source is complete, every statement is verified beyond dispute, or every timeline is final. Some cases involve conflicting records, redactions, missing recordings, or later filings that may change the picture.  You acknowledge that reports may be updated, corrected, or supplemented if new information becomes available. If we identify a material issue after delivery, we may offer an updated version at our discretion or under a separate agreement.

Confidentiality and Public Use:
We treat submitted materials as sensitive and use reasonable care in handling them. However, because some projects are intended for public-awareness or advocacy use, you should assume that the final report may be shared or published (unless the case involves a minor child).

Payments and revisions:
Payment terms are set at the time of order. Work begins after payment is received or after the agreed deposit is paid.  Because each project involves labor, research, and formatting, completed work is generally nonrefundable once substantial work has started.  If a project is canceled before meaningful work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Rush fees, revision fees, and add-on fees are separate unless otherwise stated in writing.  Each package includes only the revision terms stated in the order description.

Prohibited uses:
You agree not to use our services for harassment, intimidation, defamation, doxxing or privacy invasion, fraud, deception, illegal investigations, threatening conduct, or violating platform rules or applicable law . We may refuse or discontinue service if a request creates unreasonable risk or violates applicable rules.

External Platforms:
If you contact us through another third-party platform, those platforms may have their own terms, rules, and dispute processes. You are responsible for following those platform rules as well as ours. Many other platforms restrict harmful, deceptive, and illegal job types, which is one reason this service must remain squarely in the public-records analysis lane.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PublicCaseReview.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or reports. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Changes to these Terms:
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the website at the time of your order will generally apply unless we state otherwise in writing.

Core Disclaimer:
PublicCaseReview.com provides informational and public-interest reporting only. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or private investigation services. All reports are based on materials supplied by the client and publicly available records. Final legal determinations belong to courts and authorized agencies. (see full disclaimer page)
